  • 500 freshly minced rump steak or topside, can be mixed,
  • 2 Garlic cloves,
  • 1 Medium onion, grated,
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard,
  • 2 Garlic cloves,
  • 2 tbsp olive oil,
  • half pepper,
  • Lettuce leaves,
  • 4-6 Split burger bans,
  • Tomato slices,

Perfect Burger Tips:

Allow burgers to rest 30 minutes to 1 hours so that flavors to penetrate in the burgers. Brush burgers with little oil before start cooking them so that they do not dry up while cooking. Use fresh and lean mince or ingredients. Make sure the burger sizes are even so that it can cook equally in the same time frame.

Step by Step

  1. Put mince, garlic, onion, masters and pepper into a mixing bowl and mix them very well, then shape the mix into burger shapes, cover the burgers with cling film or tower and leave for rest in the fridge for 20-40 minutes.
  2. Before start cooking, pre-heat the Barbecue, 
  3. Brush the burgers with olive oil so that they do not dry up while cooking and place them on the barbecue,
  4. Cook each side of the burgers 4 to 6 minutes depending on your liking..
  5. Put the sauce, lettuce leaves and tomato slides on the burger bun and place the burgers on top, you can put more sauce on the burber bun lid and serve then serve immediately before it gets cold.
